My office suite is located at 810 College Avenue, Suite C1 in the town of Kentfield. It is on the first floor of a small office building and the adjoined parking lot offers free and easily accessible parking for clients.
Payment Options
My rate is $150 per 50 minute session and is comparable to other clinicians in the area. I accept cash, check and credit card.
I am classified as an out-of-network provider and am happy to provide you with a coded statement that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for services. You may also be able to submit these statements to your flexible spending account. Please call your insurance company ahead of time to inquire about reimbursement for mental health services.
